Penne cu topping picant


Dintre pastele gasite (mai frecvent) pe la noi doar Barilla merita luat in considerare. Se pune intr-o oala cu 1-1.5 l apa care fierbe deja se pune  sare si doua linguri de ulei extravirgin de masline (da un gust bun la pene)

Topingul: 2 cepe calite in unt impreuna cu gogosar galben si rosu, bacon, ciuperci, salam uscat si iute, carnati picanti unguresti (Gyulai –  se gasesc si in Buc.)  rosii si condimente: sare, piper, ienibahar, cimbru si busuioc si ardei iute (dupa gust). Eu am turnat si bulion facut acasa cand era aproape gata. Desigur se poate razui si cascaval deasupra, eu am preferat fara.
