Ficatei de pui in vin rosu


Ingrediente:

300g ficatei, 200 ml vin rosu, sare, piper, 2-3 foi de dafin, ulei de masline, 2 linguri de zahar


Preparare:

Ficateii se prajesc 3 minute in ulei de masline. Vinul se fierbe impreuna cu cateva boabe de piper, zaharul si foile  de dafin iar dupa 5 minute se toarna peste ficatei si se mai lasa pe foc 10 minute. Se sareaza dupa gust si se servesc cu orez sau cu salata verde, desigur si cu pireu is deliciosi 🙂

Merge de minune cu o bere alba nefiltrata! 🙂
